This is a very simple salad style meal that is perfect for the working lunch.

Ingredients
- 100g Dr Zak's Pasta
- a handful of spinach
- 1 small tomato
- 4 black olives
- mozzarella
- 1 orange chiquito pepper
- 2 tsps of green pesto
- a sprinkle of oregano
You could add salami, chicken or tuna depending on your macro requirements.
Cooking Instructions
- Boil a saucepan of water on the hob. Add your measured out 100g of pasta and add to the boiling water. Cook for 10 mins (as instructed/or until cooked). Drain the water, and pour your pasta into your pot. Add 2 tsps of pesto and stir until the pasta is evenly covered.
- Place a handful of spinach on top of the pesto pasta. Slice the tomato and lay it on top of the spinach. I popped 4 black olives in the gaps.

Slice 30g of mozzarella and add a further layer. Finally slice the chiquito pepper and add it on top of the mozzarella.

Finally sprinkle a little oregano on top to give that Italian pizza flavour.
